This option is for the person that has a mediation agreement or needs changes to a custody agreement that are already agreed upon by both parties a.k.a a Stipulated Modification. FLAT FEE INCLUDES (all required Court filings): 1. Petition to Modify, Summons, Case Information Sheet 2. Acceptance of Service (opposing party to sign) 3. Judgment Modifying Custody and Support and Stipulation (both parties to sign) 4.
