This option is for the person that wishes to self represent (pro se) in a termination and/or adoption action. INCLUDES (all required Court filings): 1. Petition, Summons, Case Information Sheet 2. Acceptance of Service (opposing party to sign if willing) 3. Any orders required by the Judge post hearings or potential default on opposing party. *Simply Legal only prepares the documents based on your needs and does not e-file the documents for you.
